my friend evan plays in the band called sleepy sun who were from santa cruz but now hail from san francisco. they just put out a killer album called embrace and i think that this is going to be a big year for them, including some crazy shows like all tomorrow’s parties. anyway i really like their new direction and new album and i am stoked on them.

one of my favorite bands, the blood brothers have called it quits. i’ve pretty much figured this for a little while cause of the persistent rumors. seeing them at the vets hall was an unbelievable experience and really opened my eyes. and i will never forget cody getting me on the list at their sold out teen center show. r.i.p. here are my favorite blood bros vids-
